Background:
Marlo Lewis, Jr. is a Senior Fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), where he specializes in energy and environmental policy. Before joining CEI, Lewis served as the Director of External Relations at the Reason Foundation and worked on Capitol Hill as Staff Director of the House Government Reform Subcommittee on National Economic Growth, Natural Resources, and Regulatory Affairs during the 106th Congress.
Lewis has also served as Research Director for Citizens Against Government Waste and has held various roles at the U.S. State Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University and a B.A. in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
